User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to the products and services provided by Yongkang Saihan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") carefully before using the services. By starting to use the services, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Service Content

The Company provides treadmill-related products, services, and technical support through its platform. The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the services at any time.

3. User Rights and Obligations

• Users are required to provide accurate and complete personal information and update it in a timely manner.
• Users promise to comply with national laws and regulations and refrain from using the service for any illegal activities.
• Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their account information at any time.

4. Collection and Use of Information

The Company may collect the following types of information:

• Email address, phone number;
• Data generated during user registration and usage of the app.

The Company will use this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy to provide better services for the user.

5. Information Sharing and Security

The Company may share user information with Tencent Cloud as part of the Instant Messaging (IM) service. The Company will take reasonable security measures to protect the user's personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.

6. User Behavior Guidelines

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors while using this service:

• Distributing illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content;
• Violating others' privacy or disrupting the normal operation of the network;
• Using this service for any commercial activity without prior written permission from the Company.

7. Service Changes and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate part or all of the services at any time, without liability for any consequences arising from such changes.

The Company does not guarantee that the service will always be error-free. The Company is not responsible for any service interruptions or data loss caused by technical issues.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, both parties shall attempt to resolve the issue through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court where the Company is located.
